Hi everyone, do you think AI will replace HR jobs in the future, or will it just support HR professionals? I’d like to hear different perspectives.

AI won’t fully replace HR jobs; it will automate routine tasks like screening and payroll. Human roles—empathy, decision-making, culture building, and conflict resolution—remain essential, making HR more strategic.

AI won’t fully replace HR jobs, but it will automate routine tasks like screening resumes and scheduling. Human roles—such as employee relations, leadership, and culture—remain essential. HR professionals will need to adapt, use AI tools, and focus on strategic and interpersonal skills rather than administrative work.
