There’s no single “best” HR automation tool, it really depends on your company size and needs; from what I’ve seen, BambooHR and Zoho People are great for small to mid-sized teams because they’re simple and affordable, while Workday and SAP SuccessFactors are more powerful but better suited for large enterprises, and tools like Gusto or Rippling are solid if you also want payroll + HR in one place.
