Hi everyone, I’m planning to build a career in human resources and aim to become an HR Manager in the future. I’d like to know what qualifications, certifications, and skills are required to enter this field. Also, what kind of entry-level roles or experiences should I look for to grow in HR? I would really appreciate any advice, tips, or personal experiences you can share.

To become a Human Resource Manager, start by earning a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology. Gain experience through entry-level HR roles like HR assistant or recruiter. Develop skills in communication, leadership, and employee relations. Many professionals also pursue certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR to improve career prospects. With several years of experience and strong management skills, you can advance to a Human Resource Manager position.
