What Is Pto And How Does It Work In A Company? Does It Include Both Vacation And Sick Leave, Or Are They Counted Separately? I’m Trying To Understand How Employers Typically Define And Manage It. Also, How Is Pto Usually Calculated Or Accrued Over Time?

PTO stands for Paid Time Off and it's basically a pool of days your employer gives you that covers vacation, sick days, and personal time all in one, most companies accrue it over time the longer you're there.
