I often see WFH in job postings and messages. Can someone explain what it stands for and how it works in modern workplaces? Is it fully remote or hybrid?

WFH stands for “Work From Home.” It refers to a work arrangement where employees perform their job duties remotely instead of going to the office. Employees usually use laptops, internet connections, video calls, and collaboration tools to stay connected with their teams. WFH became very common during the COVID-19 pandemic and is now widely used in many industries. It offers flexibility, saves commuting time, and can improve work-life balance, although it may also create communication and productivity challenges for some employees and organizations.
