I want to understand the meaning of an on-role job in recruitment. How is an on-roll employee different from a contract employee or third-party employee? Please explain the benefits and differences.

It means you're directly employed by the company itself, so all your benefits like PF, gratuity, and insurance come from them, it's different from being on contract or through a third party agency where the terms are usually less secure.

An on-role job means the employee is hired directly by the company and is officially listed on the company’s payroll. On-role employees usually receive company benefits such as salary, paid leave, insurance, bonuses, and job security. This is different from off-role or contract jobs, where a third-party agency handles employment.

An on-role job means a permanent employment position where the employee is directly hired and paid by the company, receiving benefits like salary, insurance and bonuses, with full control and responsibility under the organization’s payroll and employment policies system framework.

An "on-role" job means you are directly hired as a permanent, full-time employee by the company you work for and are placed on their official payroll. This status guarantees you a direct employer-employee relationship, steady salary, standard company benefits (like health insurance, PF, and paid leave), and legal protections.

An on-role job means the employee is directly hired and employed by the company itself, not by a third-party agency or contractor. The employee receives salary, benefits, and job security from the company and is officially listed on its payroll.
